Single Parent Family
Mr Brown had two parents, until the Sydney Morning Herald came along:
As long as they don't bump off one of his parents to justify their mistake. Is Rupert Murdoch in charge of any of these poorly edited Australian newspapers, by the way?
Gadjo - the SMH is not a Murdoch publication. As such, it does have the (feeble) excuse of not having vast steaming heaps of cash behind it; the Oz is Murdoch and so, in my view, it is even less forgivable that they have let editing standards drop (not because I believe Murdoch has high standards but because I think he has lots of money) Liam - I am still recovering from 'pour' for 'pore' in federal Hansard
Murdoch replaced good journalistic style with something altogether more pissy (so I'm reliably informed) in our Pommie Times, and replaced words with photos of half-naked ladies in our Sun, so I wouldn't hold out high hopes if I were you, no matter how much cash he may have.
